No shocking result in a game when fourth rankedBrujos (5-3) crushed on the road 9th ranked Ahuachapan (1-6) 80-57 on Tuesday. Brujos dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Ahuachapan 's 36. They outrebounded Ahuachapan 50-24 including a 40-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by American guard Brent Kelly (185-2000, college: Nichols, agency: Fully Feared Sports) who scored that evening 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Fernando Hernandez (181-2003) supported him with 10 points and 13 rebounds. Kelly is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Brujos players scored in double figures. Even 26 points and 5 rebounds by American-Laos guard Kadeim Jones (191-1999, college: UWG) did not help to save the game for Ahuachapan . point guard Francisco Angulo (179-1989) added 16 points and 5 rebounds for the hosts. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Brujos have a solid three-game winning streak. Despite that victory Brujos went down to fifth position due to points difference, which they share with Santa Tecla. Loser Ahuachapan keeps the ninth place with six games lost.
